This is our 11th annual Shake Rattle & Run and we would love to have you join us! The proceeds from the run benefit our two fitness programs, Rock Steady Boxing and Parkinson's STRONG.

The run will be on April 22, 2023 at Rockin R in Gruene, Texas and will begin at 8:30am. We will have vendors, DJ and a food truck (yum)!
